Price:
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Normal
We send out orders from Monday-Thursday. Your order may be delayed subject to stock availability and freshness. You will be notified of delays exceeding 8 days.
Out of stock policy:
If a product is unavailable, we will get in contact with you and provide a few options.
1. Hold onto your order until we have the product/s back in stock, OR
2. Send your order out and refund you for the missing items
Time-frame:
Estimated delivery time will range from 2 to 10 days depending on locations. Once your order is with Australia Post we cannot determine when it will be delivered. We give the above time frame as a general estimation from past experiences.
Back-orders:
Our Organics and gluten free does not take back-orders for products which are out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will email you before we send out your order to double check what you would like for us to do (as mentioned above).
Returns and refunds:
We endeavour to provide you with the highest quality goods available. If you find that your goods were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. If warranted, we will provide you with a refund up to the purchase price of the damaged goods. We may organise for the return of goods before the refund is approved. Notfication of damaged goods or refund requests must be made no more than 24 hours after the goods have been received by you.
